Our stock-secured financing programs allow the client to retain in interest in the upside growth in their stock portfolio while ensuring that if the portfolio falls in value, they can walk away from the loan and not repay it using the limited recourse default provision. These loans can be an excellent middle ground between and outright sale of stock and sitting on the sidelines, and can make good economic sense when stock markets are falling.
